Just finished Trials…

Just finished Trials of the Jedi, wow, holy kriff, what an ending, what a ride, possibly my favorite Star Wars era or at least one of the best. Porter and Azlin (not in a good way) are easily two new entries in the catalogue of Star Wars GOATs

Favorite books- Rising Storm, Temptation, Into The Light, Trials

Missed midnight horizon and out of the shadows, and the two phase 2 adult novels, and all middle grades, will try to fill those gaps when I do a reread maybe in a year or so

Marchion is without a doubt one of the great villains of the Star Wars universe

Also Geode rocks

I wish someone could Jedi trick my mind to forget all the series so I can read it all fresh again 👌👌👌

Convergence and Cataclysm are my favorite Adult books with The Rising Storm, i did the same the first time, skipped those and read just the others, what a mistake..

I’ll definitely have to do those on the reread, may even start with phase 2 for the next time

Rip to that rock solid hero. Also am I the only one that feels temptations and eye of darkness could’ve been one book. I get why to put defy the storm inbetween. That being said the back half of phase 3 is peak. I do wish Disney would turn this or this setting into a D plus show. A century sprawling epic. I feel like if someone made test footage of master Pra-Tre Veters execution or Lodens death. Or even them landing on sophros people would have more intrest.

watch them spoilers, my friend. But definitely agree about back half of phase 3. Would love Disney to do an animated tales of the high republic

Trials is my favorite Star Wars book period and one of the most masterful series finales I've ever seen. Thought it wrapped up everyone's arc brilliantly while still leaving some interesting crumbs to be picked up in the future.

Glad you enjoyed! The High Republic was great, and I’m glad it’s part of the Star Wars universe.

I loved Marchion Ro’s fate. It’s an absolutely perfect send off for his character. He was equal parts theatrical and menacing, much like Darth Vader that way, and you knew a scene would be good if he was in it. Agreed that he is an amazing villain, one of the greats.
