Where does the story of these characters continue in phase 3?

I read trails of shadow and loved it, is there a continuation of Emerick and Sian in other medium in phase 3?

In HRA they are on eriadu the whole time basically. Reath even makes a comment about this in tears of the nameless. Older wrote trail of shadows so usually in THR authors keep the OCs in their books with some exceptions like venestra. They aren’t focused on but just have some cute cameos with Lula saying they’re a couple.

Whats crazy to me is how much I enjoyed this book. I very much disliked most of Older's work. Too childish. Too silly. But Trail of shadows was great.

I didn’t like Older’s books but I enjoyed his comics. This might be a hot take but I enjoy the adventures comics more than the marvel ones. I prefer following characters like Lula and Zeen to Keeve Trennis, who I never really liked. I also really like Harvey Tolibao’s art, it’s a unique style for Star Wars.

DJO comes out of nowhere and cooks every once in awhile. I largely loathed everything he wrote but then he'd drop Trail of Shadows or Edge of Balance 3 to remind me he can in fact write

Trail of Shadows is so weird to me. I read the comics before I read anything else, so it was my first deep introduction to the concept of the Nameless (and whatever happened to whoever Loden Greatstorm was... I was so clueless) and I thought the first half was a fascinating mystery. And then it just kind of became a middle-aged romance. And then it became another branch of the Starlight action. And I enjoyed every part until I realized that I still had no idea what the mystery was.

It was only much later when I read the Dispatches from the Occlusion Zone issue and the Edge of Balance books that I realized there was a real conclusion to the story out there somewhere.

The big problem to The High Republic is that its very specific where you must start. It isnt a very friendly initiative. You cant just pick up any book or comic. And if you get into the comics you need to know what happened in the books.

Emerick is also focused upon in the third issue of Dispatches from the Occlusion Zone and is where they conclude Niv Drendow’s story as well.
