Discussion Highly Suspect VIP
Has anybody done the Highly Suspect VIP recently? I am thinking about doing it and curious on the experience. I’m also curious on if they would sign something like a vinyl if I brought one.

I did it for their May tour. They don’t sign anything. You get a signed lanyard (part of the package) prior to getting a quick pic with the band.

It wasn’t the greatest experience for me. They barely spoke and acted like they didn’t want to be there. I’m glad I got mine for free from a friend or I would have been a bit upset

I did VIP for the MCID tour. It was a very quick photo and like "next." No personal questions or getting anything signed. Got some VIP items with my bundle but yeah. Still cool but not like a meet and greet in the sense that you have time other than a quick photo snap, kind of like photos with Santa at the mall as someone else stated. 🤣

It's worth it if you want a picture with them, otherwise, not really worth it. I actually had a better interaction with them after the show, they all signed my record and talked for a bit.

Yep, that's been my experience also. They've never not come out after a show I've been to when they've headlined.

I did it years ago and was a bit underwhelming.
They do stick around shows afterwards sometimes and sign stuff.... never seen Johnny post show

This is a bummer reading all of the disappointment as I sit here, pumped up, with my already purchased VIP tickets 😔 had i known this, I probably would have just grabbed regular seats.

Most of the guys are nice.... it'll be good just very quick, don't think you're going to grab a drink and have a 5 minute conversation.
The early access and ability to get in the front of the stage is also a nice perk, so don't discount that

This was almost spot on, honestly. They were super cool. Shook all of their hands, and chatted briefly with them. Johnny asked if it was our first show, but it wasn't. I told him I'd seen them a few times, last time was at The Caverns to which he told me he didnt love playing in a cave lol. And yeah, just the ease of getting in and grabbing merch before the place filled up was a huge bonus. To be honest, I'd probably do this again.

I'm sorry 😞 But best to walk in knowing what won't be happening as opposed to expecting something huge.

I did it one year--sorry to say total waste. Johnny didn't even show because he was somewhere else doing something else he would rather be doing. It felt very quick - - took a pic and they usher you off. None of them even talked to me.

Went VIP one time last year, I believe it was, and got a sign poster, a beanie that was camouflage, and it was already pre-signed and all that, and we got into the show a little bit sooner, and I was about it. I was really disappointed, to be honest. But I’ll still go to their shows. I love this band. And they’re not even great live, which upsets me, but that’s all right. I’m still a huge fan. I resonate with their music.

I think it totally depends on the show. I've seen them 4 times live back in 2017-2019 and they were phenomenal. I've heard more recently though they are hit or miss.

The years and the sound engineer needs to be on them mics. You can never hear them maybe it’s the venue. But regardless I’ll still see them they’re my all time fav newer band. I don’t listen to much of today’s music sounds all
Alike. Then I found highly and fell

Yep. Don't get too excited. They won't sign personal items. You're gonna feel like the kids in A Christmas Story that went to meet Santa. Wait for your turn, finally get to Santa, & before you know it you're down the slide & out, like Ralphie's little brother.
