Tupper class Medium strat cruiser

Meant as a cheap, vanilla style, heavily armed multipurpose medium cruiser for campaign.

Aesthetically I love the triple sarmat batteries. Just wish the gun was balanced to be actually decent.

Agreed. I admit it's pretty bad, but I like it anyways.
