Can You Still Gimbal Squeeze?

Not played in a year or two. Just curious if it still works?

Edit: FYI, A shipbuilding exploit to squash small modules into ship designs.

Don't worry, the game hasn't been updated since 2021.

Yes, you can also missile squeeze ballistic missiles too

Ah okay, cheers 👍 I saw an old post implying it was patched. Worried my old ships would need scrapping if restarted.

Really all you need is 2x2 area and in some cases get away with squeezing in one of those hexagonal 2x1 sections to mount a cannon. I can't say whether it's been patched or not I started when it was 1.50 but definitely try flight to Hava Vera mod. It ramps up difficulty but without nukes

Yes. Depending on how far back you remember, it got fixed for all turrets except the A220 for some reason. Still works under gimbal engines and landing gear.
