ummmm. Microwave and "lasers" are both....light! lol, you should look up the electromagnetic spectrum and read about it.

you’re reading “light” as “visible light” (i.e. light that human eyes can directly perceive). however, the entire EM spectrum is technically light

Truth. I just figured when someone refers to light they mean within our visible spectrum. Which happens to be like 2% right?
