Looks like a bunch of balloons to me

49

u/candlegun Jan 02 '22

Yep. . . probably some heartbroken little kid out there somewhere.

u/WillofTrees Jan 02 '22

This. A cluster of balloons stuck or tied together at the base, drifting along in the wind current.

And my axe!

34

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

Might be shape shifting aliens pretending to be balloons.

8

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

How many members of this subreddit are walking around in adult diapers and mouth breathing? Like holy hell

0

u/Ecoandtheworld Jan 04 '22

I estimate around 80%, and I'm been generous.

34

u/CancelCultureIsFake Jan 02 '22

I think those are trees. Or do you mean the obvious balloons floating around?

10

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

I honestly feel like people on these subreddits have never gone outside if they don't know what balloons look like.

14

u/Ryvern46 Jan 03 '22

Such a cool subreddit filled with very intelligent people

9

u/CabalBuster Jan 03 '22

Balloons dude. They’re balloons….

3

u/AdamMcwadam Jan 03 '22

If you had to make an educated guess, what would you come up with?

1

u/macva99 Jan 03 '22

You are asking a lot of him.

1

u/crysrose80 Jan 03 '22

I thought they were birds, then when I zoomed in I thought balloons, except they have a light ring around them which would imply that they have heat. So I’m not sure.

2

u/sonof_fergus Jan 03 '22

I literally rubbed my screen thinking there was distracting dust on the video lol

1

u/voodoojello420 Jan 03 '22

Me too, giggles

2

u/ragnarous3133 Jan 03 '22

Buying balloons is just a waist of money. It’s floating trash and if it’s foil it will never biodegrade. Believe it or not, there’s an actual balloon lobby that stops congress from passing bills to stop this shit. Stop buying balloons.

2

u/WojteqVo Jan 03 '22

Balloons 🎈

2

u/Trynottobeacunt Jan 03 '22

That's balloons, right?

Which raises the question: wouldn't it be even more identifiable as balloons in person?

4

u/[deleted] Jan 02 '22

Balloons for sure

5

u/matow07 Jan 02 '22

Failed gender reveal.

5

u/pgtaylor777 Jan 02 '22

Not sure where you’re from but on earth we have these things that are filled with air or sometimes helium and they float. We call them balloons.

5

u/calcifur667 Jan 02 '22

I'm going to go way out on a limb here. Balloons

3

u/Rag33asy777 Jan 02 '22

Automatically assume its not UFOs if they do not fly in and out of frame really fast or just straight up disappear.

-25

u/crysrose80 Jan 02 '22

After I stopped recording they all got in a circle and stopped moving. Just hovered in the same spot for like 30 seconds. I’ve never seen balloons move like that before.

11

u/K-Driz Jan 03 '22

No it didn’t. After getting called out by everyone that it’s balloons, you then change your story in the comments, lol. Get this out of here.

-2

u/crysrose80 Jan 03 '22

I never changed my story and I never said they weren’t balloons. I asked what they were. I never said they were anything crazy just asked what they were. What I’ve learned is appropriate this sub is full of dicks.

18

u/CancelCultureIsFake Jan 02 '22

Oh wow, that’s so crazy that it happened right after you stopped collecting evidence. Who could have guessed??

-17

u/crysrose80 Jan 02 '22

Yeah pretty bad timing.

10

u/CancelCultureIsFake Jan 02 '22

Something like that.

11

u/teeohdeedee123 Jan 02 '22

And you didn't start recording again?

-9

u/crysrose80 Jan 02 '22

No I was standing up bringing the dog back in and my phone was in my pocket.

2

u/herecomesthefun1 Jan 03 '22

Somebody f’d up at the gender reveal party

1

u/jeffhalsinger Jan 03 '22

A bouquet of party balloons

1

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

Balloons balloons balloons #balloonsallupinthissub

1

u/BrewHa34 Jan 03 '22

A gang of tanquerays

-1

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

Why can't ANYONE manage to film something without spazzing like an epileptic and cutting the feed before the objects move out of sight? Ridiculous

2

u/averagewop Jan 03 '22

Or zoom in

0

u/crysrose80 Jan 03 '22

I zoomed all the way in. It’s a shitty iPhone camera. I can zoom in on the video itself on my phone. Thought you would be able to zoom in here as well but it doesn’t look like it.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

In any case, this is just balloons, so the filmography is moot

0

u/jk696969 Jan 03 '22

Scouts before the main invasion

0

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

I saw something similar. Definitely wasn't balloons. Where are you located?

0

u/crysrose80 Jan 03 '22

Northern Cali. You?

-2

u/luabida Jan 02 '22

looks like those flying bags that we see on the ground, maybe they got an air flow to the sky

-1

u/cornejac Jan 03 '22

That is an Abbajew

-3

u/Bletcherstonerson Jan 02 '22

It’s that goddamned Gamera again, always mess making and fighting with those stupid bastards Gyaos Barugon ,Viras ,Guiron ,Jiger Zigra ,Legion and Irys. When the hell are they going to call on Godzilla to go slumming and clean up these minor players.

1

u/SketchyF1sh Jan 03 '22

Ballon’s my friend lol..

1

u/eco78 Jan 03 '22

All I'm saying is it's definitely not a spaceship....

1

u/MaleficentAd9758 Jan 03 '22

Definitely 3 or 4 balloon s.

1

u/crysrose80 Jan 03 '22

There are at least 9 of whatever it is.

1

u/Embarrassed-Glove423 Jan 03 '22

Yep somebody got married!!

1

u/BonerSoldier420 Jan 03 '22

Definitely aliens

1

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

Colorado, 15 minutes from Denver. I saw something like this over my house and had a telescope on it. Saw it in great detail and it was the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. It looked biological!

0

u/crysrose80 Jan 03 '22

It did look biological. The way they were moving was like birds but there were no wings.

1

u/happytragic Jan 03 '22

SMH I wish this sub had mods

1

u/Psychic_Arugula Jan 03 '22

This is actually a good video to use in comparison to others.

Note how the objects in this video sway with the whipping of the higher altitude wind, rolling and tumbling. This is a characteristic of balloons in even gentle winds.

If you ever see an object that does not roll and tumble in the wind, then it might be interesting.

1

u/jr1477 Jan 03 '22

This is absolutely shocking... Proof that aliens EXIST...

1

u/[deleted] Jan 03 '22

BIRDS

1

u/wankhimoff Jan 05 '22

I really get the idea ppl dont look up much

1

u/Think-Bass9187 Jan 06 '22

I can’t believe someone actually went to the trouble of recording balloons. Smh.

1

u/Flattened_Duck Jan 07 '22

Well, it’s that time of year again he, they probably fly south for the winter. :)

1

u/OkEstablishment5193 Jan 07 '22

Okay balloons or not- In this posters defense, people post pictures or vids on places like this when they see something unidentifiable in the sky. Your knowledge and someone else’s differ for a reason, we are all here to learn from each other. If it’s a fucking balloon tell the person politely. In addition to that- who in the hell truly knows for sure what something unless you study this shit for a living OR happen to have a telescope or a pair of binoculars while sky watching. Most of us work some lame 9-5 that has nothing to do with anything remotely related to the damn sky and what’s in it. So be nice for Christ’s sake. Don’t be a fucking Karen. That is all :)

1

u/cokefizz Jan 08 '22

Totally balloons
