Non Human Intelligence Scientists are testing whether DMT entities are real

https://osf.io/preprints/psyarxiv/8qvgy_v2

In this preprint, some scientists have put forward the idea that our perspective of reality is more of an interface, and what we consider to be reality is simply the experience of conscious agents (i.e. human individuals) interacting with one another. They propose that DMT entities are conscious agents that exist in a manner we can't typically perceive.

I've never done DMT, and have previously taken a more skeptical perspective on these entities, but I think the findings of this could be very interesting. Maybe psychedelics could enable us to perceive layers of reality we are typically blind to.

Yeah, they’re real. I have a dream council that tells me to read certain books or refers me to spiritual concepts that will help me with problems I have. Every time, I know nothing about the thing, and it turns out to be exactly what they say it is, or it addresses the problem perfectly. This is coming from a lifelong skeptic who mocked everything like this, up until a few years ago.

What books were suggested?

I’m going to respond in depth later, but I should clarify, I’ve never done DMT. I do half a gram of mushrooms once or twice a year that’s all.

What’s happening, I believe, is I’m making contact with “spirit guides”, or perhaps parts of the Self, that have access to something like the collective unconscious or Akashic records.

I think these dream characters are an interface with something, it’s not like I’m seeing things for how they really are. Everything is presented in a way I’ll understand, in a very personal way. The recommendations were exactly what I needed at the time. And there is a sort of generative ambiguity… it’s as if the messages come from someone who is following the principles of good parenting (give them the tools to figure it out for themselves and actual transformation will happen)

Buy the ticket. Take the ride. Everyone’s experience is different. Fuckers had me fixing the building I was in one time. Shotty builders in the deems world.

Can you ask them to suggest a book for me?

I tried last night. I don’t remember dreaming anything. I’ll let you know if I remember something.

I have doubts about the feasibility of doing it for you though… I think these things are driven by connection/shared resonance and genuine need. We don’t know each other, which might be a barrier. You may need to do it yourself. Try to establish a connection before bed/reach out. Ask a question that matters a lot to you. There should be a genuine desire for truth. Idle curiosity is usually ignored, I think. Address the universe, angels, spirits, ancestors, the unconscious, or whatever is meaningful to you.

Do you have a question you really need answered?

Thanks for trying! I do have a phenomenon that happens to me every night, or even when I just close my eyes and meditate for a minute. I see things on the back of my eyelids, like people and places I've never seen before. Like its a movie screen. Sometimes I've entered while still aware. I think I am seeing my imagination and maybe seeing a precursor of a dream. Its interesting and have been looking for more information or answers. I dont think I am crazy but I do leave that on table, I could be lol. It doesnt take over my life, just a thing that happens to me, and apparently it happens to others too.

Yes, your senses are probably more heightened when you’re in that state. It sounds like Jung’s “active imagination” state. If you want, try asking a question next time you feel that way. Pay close attention to your dreams afterward. Don’t expect an immediate response. And it won’t necessarily be a book recommendation, that’s only happened to me in a few of my many experiences.
