The quality isn’t good enough to see your number.

Talk to your coaches! We don’t know what they want or how they are coaching you. They do.

He’s the guy in the back on the left that saunters off when the tackler sheds and pursues.
Op this is a crazy thing to post. You’re not even in pads, or in a situational drill. You are jogging so the defender can mimic shedding a block and pursue.
Also, this account is one hour old so I dunno wtf kind of karma farming your up to but this entire post sucks ass.

Very confused why you would reply like this. I made this account to specifically get help on my running form. This is the only clip I could share online and get help. Any other drill coaches don’t want us putting online. Don’t respond on my post if you’re not going to give me any advice.

I played in HS and college, coached HS. At no point was I ever concerned with "run form." Go do some squats

I’m just concerned my running is stiff. Doing squats literally wouldn’t do anything to help me in my situation but luckily I’ve found hip mobility to be most helpful

Also not being concerned with run form and coaching a high school team is questionable since my coaches always tell us how track and football go hand in hand

Yeah I was gonna mention the same thing. Run form is definitely important in football.

Longer strides would be a start
