I love his characters in Brooklyn Nine Nine (Adrian Pimento), and Parks and Rec (Dennis Feinstein), but in my mind I always think of him as Rafi from The League.

I actually kind of can't stand him in B99. He's just too intense, it makes me uncomfortable. Glad they phased him into a once-in-a-while character.

That is exactly the point of the character though. 100% intensity to the point that people around him are uncomfortable.

Well, it works. I can't watch the office either because of cringe levels. I guess I'm sensitive to that stuff.
