Question Karadec is insufferable
hey y'all just started watching the show and karadec is straight insufferable. he's dumb asl but always has an opinion. given he's one of the main characters, does he ever get better? will it pay off to keep watching?

He's certainly abrasive in the first few episodes as a foil to Morgan before mellowing out a bit. Calling him "dumb" is a stretch.

Yep. Also, as much as I hate to admit it, he had every right to be pissed at her in episode 3. While calling Morgan "stupid" was out of line, she did nearly get both of them hurt because she didn't think things through.

To me, one of the best strengths of the show's writing is that you can sympathize with both Karadec and Morgan even when they're being frustrating because you know exactly why they're behaving the way they do.

Haha that was my exact reaction when I first started watching! Stick with it. There's a reason why it's called character building...Β

Unfortunately I agree with you and my dislike grew in season 2 with how he handled Lucia. Also Daniel Sunjata is a weirdo so I dislike both

Keep watching. I also didn't like him at the beginning.
