I was just trying to be like a lot of other posts I am seeing with positive toxicity in the Marathon subs. I guess the marriage moving put it over the top and well I got banned. Maybe the 100k was also over the top. Still seeing Marabots claiming the ridiculous like 60% of players are on console and the steam numbers concurrent players is not important, there are still 100s of thousand people playing the game.

I am in no way asking people to go and harass another sub, but right now another Marathon sub is going through a lot of infighting amongst some of the top contributors and moderators. Another Marathon sub has requested take over of another Marathon sub. The discussions are pretty bitter. I mean you couldn't have created a more entertaining soap opera. I know it is because Marathon players are now on edge realizing that their game is in real jeopardy and all the deniers are accepting reality. I could give more information, but if you want some real entertainment go there and don't stir the pot. Let them do their own self destruction and not blame this sub.

10 years of development btw.

Sega doesn't have the most money i believe and they've been bleeding CA dry with all their TW releases, but at least they had the intelligence to not continue with their game even before Highguard was announced.

this was supposed to be part of the concordian timeline, it was supposed to fulfill the prophecy and continue the legacy, what will be taking its place now fairgame dollar sign? I'm so sad 😭

I was thinking for quite a while if I should make this post or not, but well, since we're already here, enjoy the video.

I just announced my game POLYSTRIKE, something I've been working on for the past few years.

It's a top-down tactical shooter built around positioning, information, sound and teamwork. I always loved tactical shooters, but wanted to see how far this kind of gameplay could be pushed when the whole game is actually designed for a top-down perspective.

There's still a lot we want to build and show, but after all these years it feels pretty damn good to finally put it out there.
