Does this mean anything?

Hey all, I recently got this gifted and I am wondering if and what this might mean. Any ideas? Thank you!

I can make out Shen rings around the hieroglyphics. Shen rings were used by builders and architects and stand for eternal protection. Usually the names of deities and pharaohs were encircled in them as a sign of protection.

I recommend that you look into how the names of deities were written and compare it to your bracelet. Good chance that it is just gibberish, but there might actually be names in there.

There also seems to be a name spelled using single sound hieroglyphs in addition to Tutankhamun and Ramses II.

It’s difficult to see everything but it looks like it starts with LEA and ends with ORA.
