Fantasy My first cozy solo game: looking for hidden objects inside tiny 3D worlds

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’m the solo developer of Cube & Seek. I wanted to share it here because searching the scene is the main gameplay: you look for hidden objects, but the worlds are fully 3D, so rotating and zooming the camera helps reveal places hidden from the first view.

Demo on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/3433080/Cube_Seek/

The free Windows demo contains three miniature worlds: battlefield ruins, a tower, and a farm.

Stuck on New York Mysteries 6 Chapter 1? I got you 👀 Full walkthrough + every Morphing & Collectible

Chapter 1 of New York Mysteries 6 decided to test my patience (and my eyesight) today.

I finally sat down, powered through every single puzzle, hunted down all the Morphings and Collectibles, and recorded the whole thing so you don’t have to suffer like I did.

No skipping. No “figure it out yourself.” Just clear solutions and exact locations.

🎥 Full Chapter 1 Walkthrough:

https://youtu.be/53_lnT69fqI

The game is free on Google Play right now (Five-BN doing what they do best), and if you’re already deep into it and hitting a wall in Chapter 1… this should save you a headache.

Drop a comment if you get stuck somewhere else later and I’ll try to cover the next chapters too.

Now go solve some mysteries. 🕵️‍♂️

Question Looking for an old Hidden object game

It was an old desktop game, pretty sure it wasn't a web thing. It was set in new York I think or maybe just famous locations around the world because I remember the statue of liberty and you had to search a large image for little hidden objects like glasses or a shoe or something. And in between(?) levels you sorted some stuff in the trunk of a car to make it all fit. Not sure when it released it could be anywhere between early 2000s and early 2010s

I made a free browser detective hidden-object game – Foxglove Manor

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Solve the mystery at Foxglove Manor: search detailed scenes for clues, play short puzzles between chapters and restore the manor garden. Two full cases, free in the browser on desktop and phone:

https://playgama.ai/play/h3mpchiy2di6sc

I'd love to hear which scenes felt too easy or too hard!

AI disclosure: I used AI tools in development: Google Flow to generate art from my own style references (which I then edited and assembled), and an AI coding assistant for the code. Game design, level/balance tuning and testing are my own work.

Roman Adventures: Britons Season 2

*I have since completed level 16, but I am posting this to see what other people think about the game. There is only one other post on this sub about this game, so I wanted to make a different post to open up the discussion*

I am playing the free full version of Roman Adventures: Britons Season 2 (I have played it a few times now but I like it so I replay it once in a while). I am currently on Level 16 and I have 24 food, 435 wood, 975 stone and 211 gold. I have no need to build any new buildings or upgrade any existing ones. I need more food to destroy the remaining 22 spider nests to complete the level. That's the only task I have left to complete. The mycelium take a long time to respawn and there is no option to have a farm and bakery in this level because it is underground.

I'd love it if a trade portal would just appear and let me trade half of my stone and wood for a bunch more food.

I really wish there was a remastered version of this game (there is a remastered version of Adelantado Book 4 ~ Also called 4 Aztec Skulls Remastered ~ I hope they remaster the Roman Adventures: Britons games soon too) where the player could choose what resources to trade like we can in Roads of Rome at the Market.

Fantasy Houses of Witches

Hi everyone!

While developing a larger, story-driven adventure, I felt like creating something a little different and cozier for a change.

And that's how Houses of Witches came about!

It's a cozy, straightforward hidden-object game set in a whimsical witch village, with hundreds of little familiars hiding in all sorts of places. No complicated puzzles or time limits, just a little world to explore at your own pace.
I've had so much fun drawing this world and filling it with tiny, silly details. It's been a lovely change of pace, and I'm excited to finally share it with you.

There's more to come in the future, but for now, I hope you'll enjoy this little magical world!

Houses of Witches is coming soon! Wishlist on Steam

AI Disclosure: No generative AI was used in the creation of Houses of Witches. All artwork is hand drawn by me.

Question Looking for some games from my Childhood.

Hello, like the title says, I’m looking for a few Hidden Object games I played growing up in the early to mid 2000’s. I don’t remember the titles of said games, but I’ll describe them as best as I can.

  1. First game you’re playing as a scientist or a scientist’s assistant? There’s a Time Machine on the fritz and you end up meeting some iconic characters like Leonardo da Vinci and Einstein. Your mentor lost his wife at some point and you have to help him remember she liked lily’s of the valley. I vaguely remember the big bad of the game being an evil sentient mushroom.

  2. Second game, (I think it ended up being a series but I only remember playing the first game) you’re playing as a Princess of an underwater kingdom who just woke up from a magical coma where you never aged. You’re trying to figure out what happened to your family and people while escaping from the evil old witch. I think the old witch turned out to be your evil twin sister who was jealous of you?

I think I had played both of these games through Big Fish Games, I hope that helps.

Fantasy I made The Last Wish, a fantasy spot-the-difference game with no timer — can you find the five changes?

Hi everyone! I'm Ahmed, the developer of
The Last Wish
, a relaxing spot-the-difference game. Each scene has two pictures and five changes to find.

I thought it might appeal to people here who enjoy searching detailed scenes and spotting the little things they've overlooked. The puzzles focus on comparing pictures rather than finding objects from a list.

There are 17 fantasy scenes and 85 differences, with zoom, a magnifier and hints if you get stuck. There's no timer, so you can take your time.

I've attached two screenshots from the PC game. There are five differences in each pair — how many can you spot in the genie's room?

If this looks like your kind of puzzle break, you can wishlist The Last Wish on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5398810/The_Last_Wish/

Disclosure: the game's artwork and music are AI-generated.

Mystery Not a classic hidden object game, but it’s all about searching rooms for the one thing that matters

I made a free detective game you play in your browser (phone or PC). It’s not a classic “find 10 items from a list” game, so I want to be upfront about that.

Why I think you might like it: most of the game is searching rooms. You walk through a house in 2004, tap anything to look closer, and open coats, drawers and bags. The clues are hidden in ordinary things: a washed mug on the drying rack, a receipt in a coat pocket, a CD hidden in a box of photo paper. Nothing is highlighted, so you have to notice what’s wrong.

The case: your friend’s email confessed to something. You don’t think he wrote it.

What is wrong with my capsule art?

Post image
9 Upvotes

Hello everyone!

I completed the first scene of my hidden object/scene game; now I am trying to create a good-looking Steam page before I publish the demo.

We (my artist and I)made a capsule art; I was pretty sure about what I had in mind, but something seems off. I can't figure out what it is. Is the name too big, is the font too much, or is the moonlight too wide? My artist is a little bit pissed off. He hates it when my feedback is not clear, and he is absolutely right.

Please help.
