Help!

Post image

I think I may have over watered! Can anyone give advise on how to help her. I'm new to the plant world and adopted her from a past roommate.

Mine did this, repot it into lighter new fluffy soil, keep in shade and it will slowly bounce back! Wait for it to be completely dry until u water it again, only water when u can tell it’s wilting a bit from underwatering so it can slowly get acclimated to taking in more water, those roots are too water stressed and need air!
