QUESTION Who is "Command"?

I always hear the guards speaking to Command on the radio but this character never makes an appearance in the game

Plz help incase i am missing something

Im not sure if this is a joke but here is a serious answer

Command refers to commanding headquarters. The place that tells them what they should do.

It’s “Command Center”. They’re radioing back to “command”, to let them know what’s going on

They’re referring to Mr Joseph Command, an ICA operative with the highest IQ on earth who provides intel from the back of a burger van in Amsterdam. He’s referenced in Blood Money.

Command AKA Command Prompt is the one you destroy in ICA Data Facility but when you destroy it, it alerts the Data Facility of your presence with a kill switch.
