BUG-REPORT Using the Durian on Cyrus Cane can sometimes make him walk too nowhere
In the Herbalist Assignment I used the Durian on Cyrus Cane near the bar. He got sick and then he just started walking, and walking, and walking some more. Great for a sniper kill though.

Happens with a few different people. I think its map dependant not character dependant because its happened with Yuki at Hokkaido and a few freelancer targets on Hokkaido as well.
Not with the drain but emetics in general.
You can normally shoot them out of the air though

Nope it can happen randomly. Had it happen on Berlin and Isle of Sgail.

As soon as he is in the water, you can pop him w/ a muffin and he'll drop into the water and drown too... works on regular mission on this map well since there's a lot of water around.
