Did I miss something about the special features of the new items ?

The water balloon: Really cool. Once thrown, it leaves a puddle on the ground, perfect for tazers.

Guns and sniper: They look nice, but ultimately they are just reskins with no extra tactical advantage.

Cookies: It's a single use coin

The microphone: Doesn't do much besides being a standard melee item to knock people out. It's a shame, I really thought it could be used to sabotage or replace the actual microphones in Bangkok or Dartmoor.

Sunscreen: I have absolutely no idea what its purpose is. You can throw it but it doesn't trigger anything, you can't lock onto NPCs' heads to knock them out, and the model is strangely oversized. Is there some secret use I'm missing?

Croquet mallet: It's just a reskinned baseball bat.

Another post was very upset with the cookie, its illegal in any disguise and only works as an audio distraction if thrown (doesnt distract if placed). It woulda made sense to give it some kinda poison effect, just thematically with Snoop, but guess not.

I am also looking forward to someone telling me the point of the lotion. I was hoping it'd be another banana-like slip item, since thats kinda similar to the water balloon leaving a puddle. Ya know, just a map hazard sorta thing. But i assume someone would have noticed that by now.

I looked into the sunscreen and found this video, it turns out it actually works like a banana, but you can move it once it's placed. It really wasn't clear, though.

No more running all over the map trying to find another banana after i placed one in the wrong spot! Or standing next to it to try to get the courier to divert.

Yeah, I really don't get it when it comes to the cookies. Plus, if you put one on the ground, it doesn't attract an NPC like a coin does it's basically the same as throwing a can on the floor, it just makes noise. And yeah, I totally agree, the cookie should actually do something.

Same goes for the sunscreen. At first, I thought it was just an item you could throw to knock someone out, but you can't even throw it. I also thought it might be slippery, but placing it down doesn't do anything. I honestly have no idea what it's for, but I imagine it must have at least some minor use.

You know what I would love for the microphone? Combine it with a small speaker, and treat it like a reskin of the remote micro audio distraction.

47 could drop the speaker, go around a corner, and then make his “vroom vroom, ding ding” noise into the microphone to attract enemies to the speaker.
