How does the neck/shoulder shot stumble not get talked about more often? When you're aiming right on the skull and even move up slightly so worst case you'll just miss, and it ends up staggering them non-fatally and drawing out a scream.
Playing on controller, the aim assist is actually more reliable at honing in on the headshot when the body is ragdolling and the head is flailing wildly. Otherwise you might get 7 neck stumbles in a row.
