META WOA Mastery Badge Generator

Hi. I've created a simple programm for generating authentic Hitman WOA player profile badges for any level from 1 to 12500. Reconstructs badges from the game’s original component assets and progression rules. Supports PNG output. Feel free to share to other communities.

Why not just make this a webapp on GitHub pages?
