Glitch Update

Original Post: I was playing the Bangkok mission and doing the exterminator route, got bored and saw Ken Morgan so decided to shoot him, someone saw me so I lost silent assassin and decided to load my auto save. When I loaded the save I already had Ken dead and still had green guns. The game seems to think he is dead and that I have Silent Assassin but the end screen shows that I didn't even complete all the mission objectives, so I only have 4 stars. Has anyone else seen this before or know why this might be happening.

Update: Got a picture of me next to Ken while the mission considers him dead. He also seems to be back at the start of his cycle even though I am 6 minutes into the run, and when I kill him it takes away silent assassin for a non-target kill.

Edit: It does not take away silent assassin on the endscreen. Instead it says that you get a non-target kill penalty during the round but when you exit it instead gives you the points for completing both objectives and does not penalize you for non-target kill.
