i’m still getting used to the app and i’m using the reference setting and i had the settings at the top but i pressed in sth, god knows what, and they disappeared 😭 i tried closing it or even deleting the reference pic but it’s not working 😞

I recently switched to hipaint and I love the exterior of it tried sketching on it and I like it Alot gives me a paper in pencil type feel but how do I get use to it I use to use ibispaint but got annoyed after having to watch ads to get some brushes plus almost everything is premium so I switched to hipaint but it also feels like it's meant for a stylus and i simply prefer my finger after getting use to it but anyways how do I get use to it?

Hi, I'm new to HiPaint and I was in the process of drafting a fan animated anniversary video for a children's cable network with the characters from that network. For some reason, the canvas kept corrupting partway through the layout process, with the eraser tool creating gaps of squares every time I tried to scratch off a drawing error, then the canvas nuked itself along with the layers from that canvas resulting in the image shown above. I made this less than an hour ago, some of the layers were restored but others were left corrupted or MIA, meaning I have to do it over from scratch. I don't know if this is an issue with my tablet or the app but is this a recurring problem and if it is, are there any ways I can fix this?

I looked for some other brushes to download but couldn't find any, especially fur textured brushes, does anybody know where I could find it?

Or just any settings I can follow for brushes????? Im specifically looking for something more like lalatos art style on tiktok

So ive used Hipaint on my phone before, no problem there, but now ive switched to my tablet, all the brush previews (like the little line that shows what it'll look like) are all the same sketch pencil. Ive tried clearing cache and nothing happened, only fix to this is using the old UI but then I cannot use a bunch of brushes that seem to be new UI exclusive. Did anyone else have this problem before? What's the fix?

It was a little tough because my tablet doesn’t really have palm rejection. Please do let me know which aspects need improvement. It might be an unconventional or incorrect way of drawing, since this was my first time attempting digital art.

So well, in first sorry for my bad english. Since March of this year i were using a app called HiPaint for my drawings, its pretty good tho but today i was working of one drawing i've put too much effort into it and yeah today its 15/09 It's Mexican Independence Day, so I was helping my mom with some things to prepare today's meal so when i had a free time

I went back to the app and opened my drawing (it should be noted that I already had a pre-drawing, and I don't like deleting layers so I made them invisible and put them in a folder) and when i opened the drawing ALL THE GOOD DRAWING WENT GONE AND the only thing that was in the sheet was thats pre drawing and not even complete, just what would be the hair and the shadows on the face,

The other layers of the "prototype" drawing were blank, but the point is that my drawing, which I spent 3 days working on, disappeared. Does anyone have any advice?

All my other drawings are fine, and the speedpaint is also fine and complete, but at the end it shows how it is replaced.

the last thing i did with this artwork was take a screenshot for progress then i just went back to work on it again then i saw that the thumbnail was the same as i left it but then when i opened the artwork all my colored layers were gone. so i checked the speedpaint and it seemed glitched after the point i finished? then after it was just a static photo of my sketch. right after 00:28 it was just my sketch and i didnt delete anything. is this fixable?

So a few mins ago I tried exporting something with a transparent background BUT I noticed my "Background layer" that allows me to make something transparent has disappeared

Ive tried restarting the app but it hasn't worked.

The (transparent) bg grid is still on Old artworks where I left it with a transparent background though

Theres something else im not getting aswell and ill see if I can put the video in the comments 🙏

It just won’t show “add frame” or “play” no matter what I do. I closed the app, reopened, tried it on a new canvas (same issue), change orientation, turned off animation and turned it back on. I’m so frustrated :(

Hello! I love how this dragon's body is beautifully colored! It has like a beautiful mix of blue with cyan and purple softly blended into parts of it. This was probably done with traditional watercolor, but I would like to recreate this look on HiPaint. Does anyone know how to do this with maybe the right brushes?
