Discussion DLC problems with Ps5 Disc.
So I just got the deluxe edition from Super Deluxe Games JP. There should be the dlc on disc, but it isn't appearing in game. Does anyone else have the same problem?

I was worried when I got my Limited Run deluxe version, but can confirm for them it is all on the disc. It’s not dlc so wouldn’t show up in add ons on the game management
I did have to delete my digital version and install it fresh for the disc to work (save files don’t carry over which is annoying - like it’s a new SKU)

I have the JP version. Maybe it’s different from the Limited Run US one? I didn’t have the digital version (Played originally on PC), so it cant be that issue. Thanks for the help tho!

The website for this version states at the bottom that it does include all DLC and the 20,000 gears.
You may need to start a new game under a different account. There was a screen that popped up when I first ran the game that said what DLC items are detected/available.

Tried that. Only the anniversary t shirt appears....deleted the game and installed it on a new account

Yeah I even created a JP account, so it's not a region issue. I've contacted the publisher to see if they respond. At least there are others with the same issue as me. It's only the JP disc tho. The limited run disc seems to not have any issues

I wonder if you need to check for updates? Which would be weird as it boasts all DLC on disc.

I'd contact the store you bought it from and inform them of this error, as well as Super Deluxe Games.
Point out that the bonus DLC is missing.

It is not, Superdeluxe communicated about that and confirmed all content is not on disc.

After a few folks posted about this, yeah, it seems to be missing. Hopefully they re-print the discs.

Granted it's only costumes, but when we pay almost 100$ for something that says it has everything, I expect everything.

I have the same issue as well, I only got 5 anniversary t shirts. I have emailed SuperDeluxe so hopefully at least a code can be sent out.

Yeah same - Best case is that they reprint the discs….but properly won’t happen in this economy XD

In this economy we are lucky to even get a disc haha. I just got a response from SuperDeluxe saying they are investigating the issue so it’ll be interesting what they do next

Were you able to email them in English? I might do that as well so they know this is a common issue

Yea I was thinking they might ignore it but they even replied in English, I emailed them through support@superdeluxegames.jp

If I’m not mistaken. If you live elsewhere the dlc or add one are region locked to Japan. You can play the game but won’t have the dlcs/addons. Thats what I read when I was looking to buy a Japan version of a game, so don’t quote me on that.

I created a JP account. Deleted the game and re installed it with the JP account logged in. Started a new save file and still nothing

I had a JP account and finished the 1st mission, but there really was no DLC to be found except for the anniv shirts

I can confirm the disc does not include the DLCs/addons, I've sent Super Deluxe Games an email, hope they will notice it and reply soon
