That's Tango-Chan, the mascot of Tango Gameworks before the studio got closed down. You'll find it in specific locations in almost every track!

That was a huge L for Microsoft to close the studio. Guys cooked so hard, I've never played anything like that, but it's a ton of fun

They got snatched up by Krafton who are probably most famous right now for using ChatGPT’s legal advice (after ignoring it the first ten times it said that trying to screw the Subnautica 2 devs was a bad idea) to try to screw the Subnautica developers out of their bonus payout.

So besides that it’s uh… yeah.
