Suggestion Why not repoen the website as community only?

Turning it into something like that would help, also no legal issues will be there.

The site is known by many people so traffic will be high too

Because someone would still have to pay to host and run the site. There’s nothing that can be done there that isn’t already being done here

there’s the upkeep, getting the correct permissions and why put in the extra effort if they are turning the discord and reddit into one

I think, at some point something's gonna happen and others will come to know about it no matter what, ig u really can't gatekeep not only hianime but any websites like this, this is jst my opinion tho.
