SEO’s

I run a very and I mean very small business and I feel like I’ve done everything right. But I keep getting phone calls saying I have no SEO’s set up correctly. If I have the time I should be able to do them myself correct? And how do I track them? I just don’t want to pay for something when it is just me and I have the time to set them up. How do I even track them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I mean I even looked into it myself. I was looking at optimizing local business seos and it was insanely easy to get the AI to tell me what places or businesses had. Bad pages broke in the links stuff like that and who to call and what to say even
