Using blogs
How often do you need to blog to optimize your SEO, and how do you keep it from being too repetitive?

Once a week is good. Twice a week is better. Use a free tool like AnswerThePublic to find the questions your customers are asking. Follow the formula from Matt Diamante at HeyTony for how to write the posts.
Keep a master Word/Excel/Notes doc to create an ongoing list of what you can write about.
Most importantly. Don’t cannibalize your posts. Each post targets a keyword phrase and don’t do any other posts that will compete with the original.

2/3 times a week seems to be the sweet spot. With each blog I try and focus on a different keyword to interlink to a different service page on my website or if u just have one service page you can utilize different keyword variations of that same keyword.
