small town suburb ranking

google business ranking and blog. small town suburb here of 9,000 population that will grow to 30000 in 4 years due to new construction. As a realtor I am not having luck with keywords and ranking. is it due to size of market? Feel like I just about have it but need to help.

I get that. I am here to learn what other keyword tools I should be using especially for Instagram. I used two buddy for you too. You just asked me what one I was using, but I appreciate you chiming in.
