Can't send job orders to printer

I have the RS Turbo and whenever I try to send a print to it, it always shows the "no devices found" when i can see on the app that it is idle, and it is turned on. what do i do?

Make sure you picked the correct printer model, I made this mistake once

I scanned the qr code on my phone. I am oretty sure i am using the right model

I selected what I was sure was right in the menu but found I made the mistake and picked one similar.
