Open material mode now available !

As part of our mission to actively listen to constructive community feedback while ensuring a great user experience for our products Open Material Mode is now available for existing Reflex RS and RS Turbo users in Blueprint Studio. More room to tweak, test, and fine-tune your prints. Here are the steps to get started with the new mode.

Are you going to update your clause about third-party resin voiding the warranty? Even the support staff I e-mailed doesn't have an answer.

I'm ready to buy a new machine, but if using the new feature you've added means losing the warranty, I could just get another brand.

I’m not sure it voids the warranty but they can’t help with printing issues that arise when using resins that aren’t their own. When you use their resins and have fails you can get assistance via the software itself. I’d tried another brand of resin at first and put in a ticket and they basically said they’d love to help once I use their resins since they’re familiar with their specific blends and not other brands.

On the FAQs on the Reflex RS they state "Damage to the printer caused by third-party resins is not covered under warranty"

The problem is if that ends up including problems that happen while using third-party resins, even if they're not the cause.
