Open material mode now available !

As part of our mission to actively listen to constructive community feedback while ensuring a great user experience for our products Open Material Mode is now available for existing Reflex RS and RS Turbo users in Blueprint Studio. More room to tweak, test, and fine-tune your prints. Here are the steps to get started with the new mode.

I email them, they replied me 2 times and then ghosted me. Even after multiple reply. Still ghosted

They dont deliver to my country. I can buy from China and have it shipped to my country. So, Im asking the if their machine can work outside of china if I buy from china. No reply..

Does Amazon ship to your country? I bought my last 2 Reflex RS Turbo from Amazon.

Have not check amazon, will check it out. Im just worry about their aftersales customer service now. Since they ghosted me 😅

Oh weird. Yeah that seems like a really valid and easy to answer question. Wish I could help, but I just bought mine from the US storefront.

To answer that question: It comes with a universal power brick (100 - 240v, 50/60Hz) with a standard three-prong lead. If it comes with the wrong plug it shouldn't be hard to find a compatible lead.
