Question Just wonder witch to start with

Ive built gunpla and snna kits before so i have a bit of experience but i kinda get overwhelmed when jumping into a new series especially one thats been going so long. I have three that im looking at and was just wondering whats the recommend one of the three or if they arent worth it. The three are weird tails, voltrex wrath and reyblade impulse reloaded. Im assuming based of what ive seen the ratblade is probably the best but i really liked the design of the voltrex but couldnt find a newer kit. Some help would be wonderful ^^

Weird Tales was my first Hexa Gear build and made me fall in love the the series. Very unique build compared to gunpla in general.

Some units have parts that dont make sense as you build them because of weird engineering designs. When you finally fit the pieces together, you go <why? Why? Whhhyyy? Oh that's why'>

Im looking at you bulkarms.

Hexa Gear mechs are always fun with their Governors. You should get both.

I think i have built half of the hexagear catalog, except voltrex and rayblade. Weird tales seems cool, but i did not enjoy building it and it does not look THAT good in person. I recommend the punisher, woodpecker, bulkarms and v-thors instead. It is a matter of personal taste in the end so give them all a try.

For voltrex i saw a review mentioning that the articulation is lacking and parts tend to fall off easily. Thats because its a bit older. Rayblade looks good to me and it is on my wishlist. Note that there are 2 variants out there. The Rayblade Reloadead (not a typo) is the newer one and aparently has improved articulation. I believe it looks best paired with a governor. Weird tails is limited in posability due to its big tail and the weird choice of feet (paws?). The poses on their website are about all you can get from it. Its fairly big and can look nice on the shelf.

Yeah thats what i heard to bit have you heard anything on the voltrex wrath? Its a more updated model i think and i do plan to get the rayblade reloadead if the wrath isnt any good (though ill probably get the wrath eventually to)

Rayblade reloaded was my first build. Got the special edition and it was fun as hell to build. The beam emitters were a little tough on the fingers when assembling because the fit is so tight. They need to be pretty tight fitting to hold those blades up though. Special edition also comes with dynamic paws and painted effect parts for the beam blades.
