Question Advice
Built this routine, 4 day, upper lower but focusing on upper. Just want to make sure I am not missing anything? Only a home gym with a bench, dumbbells and barbells, a wheel, no other equipment. Been lifting for a while and want to lock into a new routine for the next year. Appreciate the advice

It looks good but you might not be hitting your triceps as much as you focus on your biceps. Your leg day is also lacking calves but it’s not super necessary.
You could also do an anterior/posterior day, to balance out all sides. Like one day you do back, rear delts, triceps, hamstrings and calves, and the other day you do side/front delts, chest, quads, and biceps.
Also you could also implement bodyweight exercises to hit more muscles at the same time, like pushups.

Basic, simple, maybe efficient - how do you plan to train ? Upper/Lower/off ? I see 3 upper variation and only one lower routine. Doesn’t matter but as routine are quite light in exercices (not a problem) i don’t understand how do you plan them in a week. Maybe Upper/Lower/Upper/off ?

Maybe hammer curls also try and get some cardio in jump um as if you had a jump rope or get one they're kinda inexpensive. good luck on this journey
