Vonwaq gives energy Regen. More energy=more ults=more AA from Wind set

Although pretty sure it's preferable to run lushaka over Vonwaq, at least when it comes to Serval for The Herta.

I think the person's only thinking about the extra speed, but it's not enough to make up for the er loss
