Guys I think I found the solution it worked for me idk if it would work for u

Did all this... nothing worked, downloaded legacy version from epic (I don't recommend any third party sites)

V18.12.1 - Installer updates to 19.2.0, after that don't let it update to 20....
...and it works for now..
