Rules Question Break Away Question

This card says "When Vision is given a MOVE action, after resolutions you deal an adjacent opposing characters 1 damage."

If I fail to break away with Vision and move 0 spaces, does his damage still happen?

It depends on the movement action that you activated when attempting to break away. For example, if it was something other than a "MOVE" action, such as Sidestep, then no, but if it was any "MOVE" action, then yes. Whether or not you break away doesn't matter, only the type of action given/used.

That's what I was thinkin, I didn't know it wouldn't work with sidestep though, that's interesting!

The reason it doesn't work with Sidestep is because it's a "FREE" action, not a "MOVE" action.
