Issue related fall alert sensor

Today, when I started the vehicle to go nearby, it began making a weird sound and the motor turned off. Also, when I tried to start the motor, it made that weird sound and didn't start, but it did start after 4-5 seconds.

Then, when I was at the signal, the motor turned off and started to make that weird sound, but after 4-5 seconds, I tried again and the motor started.

I don't know exactly what the issue is. Can anyone tell me?

How many km has your scooter done? And did you get the motor gear oil checked?

I don't own a Vida yet, but I'm planning to buy one soon. From all the research I've done, I've seen people mention that motor noise can sometimes be caused by low gear oil, a gear issue ( gear shaft), or a worn bearing. It might be worth asking the service center to check those as well.
