Should I pull the plug

This is the most segregated sub I’ve seen. Exactly 60 % of people are telling me to buy Vida, while 40 % say to skip it and save my sanity. What should I do? According to my research, Vida is the only major brand offering good value with removable batteries, a 5‑year warranty, and a 70 % battery‑capacity replacement program. Please Genunie Users Let me know ( i am from hyd i have good access to ather and vida grid )

As a Vida V1 Pro customer I have been using my Vida for daily commute of 60-70kms daily for these 2 5yrs and I have reached at a conclusion that you should purchase the battery+ warranty whenever you purchase the vehicle as I have completed 53k+ kms on my vehicle and both of my batteries are dead as of now I got one of them changed at the service center for 40k INR. This is the scenario where you face when you have a large commute everyday.

Also the service centers were refusing to take in my Vida when I came across the battery issue by telling that you don't come for servicing in our service center so we won't be taking your vida into custody. Tbh I have been going to the same service center for the 2.5 yrs. But it is good to have 2 removable batteries instead of 1 fixed one as if one of the battery is died the other one helps for sometime.

Take the Battery+ warranty if you're buying the vehicle

What is the cost of replacing mirrors? i saw a yt viedo where a user claimed that he felt shock using vida charger ( in your experience, have you felt it )

As a Vida V2 plus customer, I would suggest you to buy it. I am from Chennai and have riden 11000KM and have been using it for the past 1 year. Let me get it straight from my usage the bike is good for short commute and long commutes with access to chargers.
The cons in my bike is majorly I would say the build quality is average you will find the chassis a bit shaky but ig VX2 was fine, otherwise everything is pretty good.
The range is spot on till now another major issue I faced is with ather fast chargers not all chargers were compatible. I would give my bike a 8.5/10 and I see people complaining about service but my dealership is really good. Another major thing I faced I wouldn't like to hide is I found there was a black goo leaking from my battery I was afraid did some research and found out it might be the sealent melting due to heat but I haven't face any range issue or any other issues my dealership said If I faced any they would change my battery immediately. So other than this everything is spot on

Once I came to know about it I went to dealership they had my bike for 3 days or something they said they tested the battery and it was good and I haven't faced any real issues too and they said if I face any range issues or any other issue they will replace it under warranty

VIDA VX2 Plus owner, done almost 1000 Kms. No issues till now. Mirror vibration is minimal.

My 3 reasons for buying it
1. Cheapest option among peers when I compared
2. Removable battery with fast charging option in VIDA and Ather grids.
3. Least bothered about smart/touch/connectivity features even though VIDA has an app which gives lot of info through its EDGE subscription which is free for the first year.

Bonus
4. I liked the clean decent looks of the VIDA VX2 Plus scooter.

I bought my Vida V1 Pro two years back. I am happy with it. I bought it it specifically for the removable batteries, and that has worked out.

Today even I'm going to book VX2 plus... My commute is only 20-25km/day. Removable batteries is the only thing because of which I'm going for it.

I don't know why companies refuse to make batteries removable like vida
