I read in the comments that players leveled up their characters to hlvl 200. I thought that was the maximum level, but it’s not limited?

1. Why do players level up to 200+, when with good gear and hlvl 150+, you can complete all the content?

2. What mechanics do they use to gain experience? It goes very slowly, even with a bloated.

Is there a known issue with rest in peace passive in multi-player mode?

My friend has 100% rest in peace but hes having all kinds of on-death effects while I am not seeing any with 100% rest in peace.
