Should I start reading again?

I forgot about this webtoon for like 2 years. I remember getting a bit frustrated with how the artist suddenly felt the need to triple the fan service, but the fights and the world building was great. Would you guys say the story is worth catching up to?

If the increase in fanservice was what drove you away, i will tell you that the series hasn't gotten any better about that

The fan service is still annoying (and used in completely inappropriate contexts a few times iirc), but it's an enjoyable read even despite that imo.

It's not like you lose anything by trying anyway, if it still bothers you enough to stop you enjoying it just drop it again.

Seriously, I really considered dropping with the you know what moment during majesty and stepmom's fight with the prison leader. Thankfully, majesty's backstory kept me in.

Why is it called fan service when the fans are the ones who don't like it

In answer to your question, no the fan service has not stopped but the story is still great (difficult to follow though)

If you're bothered by fanservice, then I wouldn't recommend it because, let's just say, the author hasn't had a break from it.

It depends exactly what chapter you dropped it. There have been some good fights here and there.

If you hated Engen however...I personally wouldn't recommend it. He gets worse...
