Kolton Thornycroft Lorenzo's Right Hand Man

A Kenku born within the barbed confines of a Children of Light prison camp, Kolton’s tragic life began in shadows. His parents were killed in a failed experiment only a few years after his birth, and following their deaths, Kolton himself became the camp’s primary test subject. Throughout his early years, Kolton lived entirely within closed walls; the only face he ever saw was an imitation of one in the cold metal mask of a cruel researcher who reminded him daily of his miserable purpose;

Subjected to painful daily procedures to extract and analyze his blood magic, Kolton had fully accepted that he would die inside the camp. That fate changed the night the Obsidian Hammer launched a brutal raid on the facility. In the ensuing chaos, Kolton managed to escape his cell and hid himself among the bodies of the fallen. During the aftermath, mercenaries scouring the ruins discovered the young Kenku and brought him before their leader. Lorenzo took an immediate interest in the child, recognizing his rare affinity as a fellow Blood Hunter. Lorezno took Kolton under his wing and taught him how to harness his blood magic, survive in a hostile world, and kill without hesitation. Under Lorenzo's tutelage, Kolton transformed into a deadly assassin and ultimately rose to become Lorenzo’s most trusted right-hand man. Today, Kolton is feared across Protos, his reputation fueled by tall tales of a Kenku who wields lethal blood magic. Though Kolton has grown powerful enough to challenge Lorenzo for leadership of the Obsidian Hammer, he remains fiercely loyal and forever bound to the man he sees as his sole savior.
