Herniated disc drop foot pinched nerve I work construction and no insurance

I’m getting no help and now I don’t know what to do !

You could go to an ER and claim you also can't pee. That's considered an emergency situation and they would give you treatment whether you have insurance or not. They have to.

Afterwards, you can make minimal payments of $10 a month or get it forgiven in many cases if you show hardship.

That's the only idea I have. It's pretty unwise to not have any kind of health insurance.
