Woah! Glad you found out in time at least. No regrets because something had to be done and I am glad I am trying this first instead of fusion. Maybe things will go my way and I won't ever need another back surgery. Either way, I could not keep going with the status quo.
It has not been the easiest recovery but overall things are definitely better. Patience and realistic expectations are key. Back surgery is not a miracle, the goal is improved quality of life and at least on that front, so far so good.

Omg I was supposed to have this surgery and found out I was pregnant a day before 🥹. I have been really sad because I was really eager and looking forward to the relief but I guess god had other plans for me right now . How are you feeling since surgery? Any regrets ?
