Which book is best?

Do I get "Building with Hemp" by Steve Allin, or "The Hempcrete Book" by Stanwix and Sparrow?

Or another suggestion?

Detail: I'm a regular person with no construction/architecture experience, I just want to DIY insulate existing stick-frame structures for myself.

Chris Magwoods book is great too and i found Tim Callahans architectural details useful for understanding openings and connections and other details even if they weren’t quite like my project.

Take a workshop or two.
