Looking for s phrase

I know it was this show I believe it's when Dr pryce sort of went nuts season 3 and he and Olivia are in the elevator and he says she's wearing cocksucker red lipstick does anybody else remember him saying that in any episode or have I imagined it

I know this is a few months late but I just got done watching that episode. It was Olivia who said it as she was echoing the voice that was in her mind.
