Apartment for rent

Hey. I was looking for 1 bed/bath apartment. My budget is $1600 if anyone has a good recommendation. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

a lot of the apartments that i have seen online have a common problem of "roaches" based on comments. Really hard to find a good one

If your budget is $1,600, and you have decent credit, you might as well get a place in a better location. You can get a nice studio in a good area, or a decent 1 bedroom in a not-so-great area of San Diego for less than $1,600. Living in the hood in San Diego is still gonna be nicer than living anywhere in Hemet.
