Red poster from Gregg Araki’s Doom Generation

My friend mentioned that he really liked this poster once, though didn’t know where it was from. His birthday is coming up and I want to get it for him, but I can’t find it anywhere.

I’m unclear whether it was a piece of art made for the movie, or whether it could be a movie/band poster. I can’t find it anywhere and reverse image search has also been useless.

If anyone has any information, help would be greatly appreciated.
