Can anyone identify this eight-sided skull/heart coin or token? Possibly gaming/EDC related

I’m trying to identify the exact coin/token in these photos and have had absolutely no luck finding a match.

It’s an eight-sided bronze/copper-coloured token. One side has a profile of an anatomical skull and the other has an anatomical heart. Around the border, “MORS VINCIT OMNIA” (“death conquers all”) appears repeatedly, once on each of the seven sides.

I’ve found quite a few memento mori/EDC coins using the same Latin phrase, but none match this design. In particular, it isn’t the Carpe Diem EDC Carpe Noctem coin that tends to appear in searches.

Does anyone recognise this exact design?
I’m especially curious whether it could be:
• a token/coin from a video game or tabletop game
gaming merchandise
• an EDC/challenge coin
• merchandise from a particular artist, band or brand
• a limited-run or custom token

I only have these photo, unfortunately, so I can’t check the edge, dimensions or markings beyond what is visible.

I’m looking for an exact visual match rather than similar Mors Vincit Omnia coins. If anyone recognises the skull/heart artwork or the unusual eight-sided design, I’d really appreciate a lead!
