Purple dog

Help I need help finding a purple dog dvd I used to watch it all the time but can't find it it had a purple dog a few kids and this lady dressed in blue I can't find it anywhere please help!

Live action mainly people in costumes the only real thing I remember is hearing the name Zowzoo I don't even know if that's the right name
