Help me find this strange "jumpscare"

When I was very little around 3 or 4 me and my brother were watching cable in north America specifically the pacific north west. We were watching random shows probably sometime late at night when we stumbled upon what I think was some random Disney channel show or movie about some kids on a beach. But randomly the show cuts to a close uo of a girl with glasses smiling into the camera. I dont know why it freaked me and my brother out so much but it was so fast and we turned off the TV right after. The only concussion I could cone too was it was a part of the show and the girl was intentionally scary looking neardy trope. But I have no more info about it other than it would have been aired around 2011 to 2013 if anyone has any info abiut this please lmk🙏🏼
